Eiffel 'n Amitie

Recently, I found a new online store that sells vintage charm bracelets. I know there are several online stores selling vintage charm bracelets out there but heyyyyy, the bracelets from this store are all handmade! :) The store is called Eiffel 'n Amitie and they sell charm bracelets at reasonable prices.

This is one of the bracelets. It's called the Acadia Bracelet.

The Achlys Bracelet. I like the big flower pendant. Personally, I think the big flower is something different compared to the usual small and cute pendants.

This is the Aegea bracelet with a bird charm in the middle.

This is my favourite. Acadia bracelet blue series. :) It costs only RM18 and that is much more cheaper than the market price anyway.

Check out their updates on new bracelets at their official website:

Tuesday Night Out!

About a week ago, Nuffnang sent me an email saying that I've won two tickets to watch the 3D Premier of World War Z at GSC Tropicana City Mall yesterday (Tuesday). The official screening is on the 20th June. And so, credits to Nuffnang, I get to watch World War Z. :)

Basically, the movie is about how humans are infected by a virus that could turn them into zombies within 10 seconds once they have been bitten and Gerry (Brad Pitt) who flies from South Korea to Israel to search for the first patient who was infected and the cure for this virus. The setting is kinda dark and creepy at times and I had a few mini heart attacks as those zombies appeared out of nowhere or when the humans are about to be bitten by zombies.

Personally, I think the movie was not bad, it was quite good actually. The storyline is nice.

The thing that I like about premiers is that their movie tickets are always nicer than the usual white square tickets. Like duh. >_>

Coffee before movie. :) Walked around the mall for quite some time but couldn't find Starbucks so ended up at Coffee Bean. The usuals: blueberry muffin, caramel macchiato and cappuccino.

Badges from Nuffnang. Personally, I think the blue one looks cuter. Lol.

Dating Agency Cyrano

It has been quite a while since I watch k-drama. I think I prolly stopped watching for about... 3 months? I used to be a hardcore k-drama fan but oh well, I guess I've too much of work to do nowadays. Internship applications, assignments, interviews, events and the list continues.

The point is, I found a new k-drama recently and it's called Dating Agency Cyrano. The drama is about a dating agency that helps others who are having troubles in their love lives even if those relationships are kinda impossible. The team employs elaborate stagings to help their clients snag the ones they love. The main casts of the dramas are Lee Jong-Hyuk, Sooyoung, Hong Jong-Hyun, Jo Yoon-Woo and Lee Chun Hee.

Seo Byung-Hoon (Lee Jong-Hyuk) is the leader of Cyrano Agency who was regarded as a genius like theatrical director; Kong Min-Young (Sooyoung) is a romanticist, a member of Cyrano Agency; Moo-Jin (Hong Jong-Hyun) is the brains behind all hi-tech gadgets used by the agency in the field; Do ARang (Jo Yoon-Woo) is a 19-year-old high schooler who dreams of becoming a theatre actor; Cha Seung-Pyo (Lee Chun-Hee) is a chef for his own modest restaurant, which resides next to the office for the Cyrano Agency.

TvN has only released up to episode 6 and now I'll have to wait for the next ones to come. :)

Asian Water Sports Village @ Puchong

Yesterday I had an ACCA Conference. Instead of giving a talk on ACCA, the speaker spoke about job opportunities and other matters that were unrelated to ACCA such as communications/interactions and life experiences. The talk was 2 hours long and it was mostly boring. However, towards the end, the speaker gave an inspired life lesson.

There was this little girl and her dad at the beach. However,  the starfish were washed up on shore. The truth about starfish is that once they're washed up, they will die. There were thousands of starfish washed up at that time and this girl did what she can do. She threw as many starfish as she can back to the sea. So, her dad told her not to waste her effort as starfish would die eventually. The girl told her dad:"It doesn't matter to me, but to the starfish, it meant a lot."

With 'em. :)

Water sports were part of the ACCA Conference and so we went to Asian Water Sports Village at Puchong. The place was founded and operated by a group of water sports enthusiasts and professionals. Apparently, this place is the only licensed water sports center in Klang Valley. The only transportation to get over to the lake is via jet ski.

And good for us, the weather was kinda cloudy yesterday. The lake was quite clean I dare say. We had insufficient time to try out all the activities so we only played the banana boat, evo pro 3 and turbo blast. I watched too many piranha movies so half of the time, I was thinking what if there were piranhas in the lake. There are life jackets for all the visitors so it will not be a big deal even if you can't swim.

I'm not a big fan of water sports but I tried the Evo Pro 3. Basically, you would have to hold on to a float and the jet ski will drag you around the lake at a very high speed.

I'm not an outdoor person and I looked so tan after playing in the lake for the whole noon but this place is worth going because the sunset was awesome. I usually edit my pictures before uploading them but the sunset pictures need no editing. They're simply the art of nature. :)

This place is not bad for small gatherings or if you simply wanna get out of town and chillax. To check out their water sports packages or other activities, you can visit their official website at

The Bee @ Jaya One

Since few months ago, I planned to lunch at The Bee after I read their reviews online. Most of the diners complimented that their services are great and they serve good food. There is another branch in Publika but the nearest Bee is at Jaya One so we decided to give it a try. The environment is very homelike and welcoming but the place is quite small and due to lunch time, the place was full so we ended up sitting at the bar table.

The menu.

I was craving for burgers so I tried their chicken patty cheese burger. The food looks appetising. It was served with some fries and the drink they recommended was The Bee's signature lemonade. The chicken patty is good but the lemonade is too sour.

I was sitting near the bulletin board and I found this. So diners = patients?

And.... John brought me Kit Kat from Australia. I know they look exactly like Malaysia's Kit Kat but I swear Australia's Kit Kat taste better. I wonder if it's just me or Australia's Kit Kat have richer chocolate flavour.

My two favourite people.

Supermassive Black Hole

People may tell you to pick up the broken pieces and get a life. The truth is, it takes time.
