Destiny, not?

Some things we don't talk about
Rather do without and just hold the smile
Falling in and out of love
Ashamed and proud of, together all the while

Like Ted (from HIMYM) said,"Nothing good happens after 2am." Oh well, let's just fast forward one hour since there won't be any difference. The moon is still up, the sky is still dark, everyone is fast asleep except for me. Here I am, sitting in front of my lappie, listening to Kiss The Rain again, staring at the lighted candle.

This year, I have seen people who got together and broke up more than any time in the past 22 years. When things were great, people claimed that destiny brought them together but when things turned ugly, destiny is long forgotten. We casually misuse the word 'ironic' so frequent that the word has lost its real meaning. The word fits perfectly in basically everything, no? At first, it was destiny and now disappointment? I guess it is a mixture of everything.

Sometimes I ponder if the world would be a better place without all these negative vibes. In the world of fiction, everyone has a happy ending and if it is not happy, it is not the end but in real, there are no guarantees. A harsh fact of life to learn but a real one.

Why can't people just be nice to each other? I don't get it.

Swindon-Bath, UK

It has been one and a half month since I came back from UK-Sweden. God, I missed those places especially the streets in Bath and London. The breakfasts, the weather, the boutiques, etc. We travelled to UK by Thai Airways. The return economy flight ticket was about RM2,800, pretty affordable I would say.

Transited at Bangkok and tried to understand Thai language but failed miserably. And 17 hours later... We finally reached London.

We rented a car from Hertz and drove to Swindon that was about 2.5 hours away from London. The place is kinda quiet regardless if it's day or night. During my first night there, I was surprised to see the streets deserted at about 7.30pm.

Our stay here at Lydiard House for 2D1N.

The door to the other side of the world Lydiard House. It kinda creeped me out actually.

Basically you can see trees and plants everywhere. And since it was almost the end of autumn, the plants had started to wither.

Bath is my favourite place among all. Everything here seemed so perfect. The people, the streets, the weather, Imagine how perfect your day is gonna be when you have someone to prepare you with a full English breakfast every single morning? To me, it felt like heaven. *oooohhhmmmmmm*

The famous Abbey Church. The church is so beautiful that I can stand there and admire it all day long.

Daddy Trin. :)

/w Mark.

It is not possible to visit the candy store without posing with the giant lolly.

Oh, and the good thing about Bath is that basically everything is on sale! Walked in H&M. Sale. Marks & Spencer. Sale. Primark. Sale. Tesco Express. Cheap, buy! Bath is definitely a shopping paradise. :)

What About Sleeping At Last?

Music is good medicine, especially music with great beats and meaningful lyrics. As a huge fan of The Vampire Diaries, I can't help but to download all most of their ending soundtracks. I have not heard of the names of half of the bands and singers but their songs are equally good! One of my current favs is Sleeping At Last. I know the band name is exactly the most imaginative name that we would come up with. Which sane human would name their band Sleeping At Last?

The band was formed back in 1999 consisting of 3 members but now, it is left with only the lead vocalist, Ryan O'Neal. Lead vocal, guitar, keys. He does it all! Oh, and not forgetting that one of the songs 'Sun' was featured in the first trailer of The Fault In Our Stars.

I didn't know that Sleeping At Last songs were so well known until I read it on the official blog

There there. Good music should be shared, isn't it? :)
